“Healthy India Mission” Emerges as a Ray of Hope Amid Rising Life-Threatening Diseases

India is currently facing a rapid rise in serious health challenges. Diseases such as heart attacks, cancer, liver disorders, and kidney diseases are affecting millions of lives across the country. According to health experts and various studies, nearly 3 million people die every year in India due to cardiovascular diseases and heart attacks. This means that approximately 8,000 to 8,500 people lose their lives daily because of heart-related illnesses.
Cancer has also become one of the fastest-growing life-threatening diseases in the country, with an estimated 900,000 deaths reported annually. In addition, kidney-related diseases are responsible for nearly 200,000 deaths every year, while the number of patients suffering from severe liver disorders is estimated to reach 1 to 1.2 million annually.
Health reports further indicate that HIV/AIDS and road accidents continue to claim thousands of lives each year. Road accidents alone account for nearly 180,000 deaths annually in India. Experts believe that timely health screening and awareness can significantly reduce the risks associated with these serious diseases.
Early Detection Can Save Millions of Lives
Medical experts emphasize that if serious diseases are identified at an early stage, timely treatment becomes possible, preventing patients from reaching critical conditions. With this objective, Path of Living Naturopathy Club Pvt. Ltd. and Nivraha Foundation have jointly launched the “Healthy India Mission” campaign.
Under this initiative, a special drive is being conducted for the screening and scanning of Heart, Liver, and Kidney health to identify diseases at their early stages. The mission aims to make health screening services accessible to the general public and promote awareness about preventive healthcare.
Health Awareness Is the Strongest Prevention
Speaking about the initiative, Vinayak Luniya, Pandit Aditya Narayan Banerjee, and Vidhal Jain shared findings from a recent study with the media. They stated that health awareness, regular medical check-ups, and timely treatment are the most effective ways to save lives in today’s fast-changing lifestyle environment.
They further added that the objective of the “Healthy India Mission” is to spread health awareness across the nation, encourage preventive healthcare, and provide accessible health screening services to as many people as possible, thereby contributing toward a healthier, safer, and more aware India.
