Indore: Rashmi Jain, a resident of House No. 1381-B in Scheme No. 71, has alleged that she has been struggling for several years with issues related to electricity poles, road excavation, and unplanned civic works. She claims that despite submitting repeated written complaints and registering grievances through the CM Helpline, the problem remains unresolved due to the alleged nexus between departmental officials and contractors.
According to Rashmi Jain, there are already two electricity poles in front of her house, which have caused repeated electrical faults and incidents of electric current leakage in the past.
