Power Distribution Company Urges Citizens to Maintain Safe Distance from Power Lines and Transformers During Monsoon
Jabalpur, July 9: The Madhya Pradesh Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company has appealed to citizens to maintain a safe distance from electric power lines, transformers, electricity poles, and stay wires during the monsoon season. The company stated that increased moisture, thunderstorms, and heavy rainfall significantly raise the risk of leakage current, damaged power lines, and electrical accidents.
The Superintending Engineer of the Power Distribution Company advised citizens not to tamper with electrical lines, transformers, or any power equipment during the rainy season.
