Indore: Social entrepreneur and public welfare advocate Dr. Vinayak Ashok Luniya is set to make a comeback to the film industry with a new project after nearly 16 years. Following his 2010 film “Jiyo Aur Jeene Do,” based on the theme of cow conservation, Dr. Luniya is now producing “Desh Ki Beti,” a feature film centered on women’s empowerment and female entrepreneurship.

According to an official press release issued by Ambaji Music Production, the film’s story, screenplay, and direction are being handled by Dr. Vinayak Ashok Luniya himself.

A company spokesperson stated that “Desh Ki Beti” will be an inspiring corporate drama based on the life of an ordinary yet determined young woman. The film portrays the journey of a girl from a modest family who overcomes social and personal challenges to establish her own identity in the corporate world, ultimately becoming a symbol of success and inspiration.

The entire film will be produced in Madhya Pradesh, with the majority of the cast and technical crew being selected from within the state. Most of the filming is planned to take place in Indore and nearby locations, showcasing the state’s culture, modern development, and local talent on a national platform.

The spokesperson further revealed that the script is currently in its final stage of development. The casting process for the lead roles will begin shortly. Filming and post-production are scheduled to be completed during 2027.

The makers believe that “Desh Ki Beti”, with its compelling storyline, impactful direction, and strong social message, has the potential to stand alongside major Bollywood productions.

The spokesperson added that Dr. Vinayak Ashok Luniya has consistently worked on socially relevant and inspirational subjects. Inspired by the ideals of women’s empowerment, self-reliance, and entrepreneurship, the film aims to motivate young women across the country to pursue their dreams with confidence and determination.

The producers are planning to release “Desh Ki Beti” in cinemas across India by the end of 2027. The film is also expected to be released on leading OTT platforms following its theatrical run.
