In a major step toward strengthening India’s food processing sector and empowering women through industrial development, Luniya Vinayak Group of Companies has announced an ambitious plan to establish a network of modern food manufacturing hubs across Madhya Pradesh. The announcement was made by the company’s Director and Founder, Dr. Vinayak Ashok Jain Luniya, who stated that the group aims to transform the state into a leading food production and agro-processing destination over the next few years.

According to Dr. Luniya, the first phase of the project will witness the establishment of manufacturing hubs in Indore, Bhopal, Gwalior, and Jabalpur within the next year. The initiative is designed not only to boost industrial production but also to create sustainable employment opportunities, particularly for women.

2,000 Women to Be Connected with Jobs and Entrepreneurship

One of the key highlights of the project is the company’s commitment to directly connect 2,000 women with employment and entrepreneurship opportunities across Madhya Pradesh. Women will receive professional training in food processing, packaging, quality control, marketing, distribution, and micro-enterprise management, enabling them to become financially independent.

Dr. Luniya emphasized that the project aligns with the vision of women-led economic development by creating a strong ecosystem where women can participate as employees, business partners, and independent entrepreneurs.

‘Maa Ka Masala Foods Pvt. Ltd.’ to Lead Production Operations

The manufacturing initiative will be undertaken through the group’s flagship food company, Maa Ka Masala Foods Private Limited. The company plans to develop Madhya Pradesh as its primary production hub for a wide range of food products that will be marketed across India.

The first flagship product will be a premium tea brand, featuring high-quality tea leaves sourced from Assam. The blending, quality testing, and advanced packaging operations will be carried out at a modern facility in Indore.

India’s First 11-Grain Multigrain Flour

Among the company’s major innovations is the launch of a nutritionally enriched 11-grain multigrain flour, developed to promote healthier lifestyles. In addition, the company will manufacture premium spice blends, whole spices, pickles, papad, dry snacks, and several traditional and modern packaged food products.

The product portfolio has been designed to meet growing consumer demand for hygienic, nutritious, and high-quality food products while supporting domestic agricultural value chains.

Women-Centric Oil Mill Network

Dr. Luniya further announced plans to establish a network of small-scale oil mills across Madhya Pradesh under a women-led home industry model. These units will produce both cold-pressed (wood-pressed/ghani) edible oils and hot-processed refined cooking oils, enabling women to operate sustainable micro-enterprises while supplying quality edible oils to local and regional markets.

This initiative is expected to generate significant rural employment and encourage self-reliance among women entrepreneurs.

Expansion into Packaged Drinking Water and Hospitality

As part of its long-term business strategy, Maa Ka Masala Foods Pvt. Ltd. also plans to enter the packaged drinking water segment. Furthermore, the group intends to establish a nationwide network of hotels and restaurants, with Indore serving as the central operational hub for the hospitality business.

₹500 Crore Investment Proposal Under Discussion

To execute the project successfully, the company is planning to mobilize an investment of approximately ₹500 crore. Recently, the management conducted a virtual meeting with prospective investors, during which it presented its comprehensive business roadmap, manufacturing strategy, and women empowerment model.

Dr. Luniya stated that the proposal received an encouraging response from investors, and further discussions are expected to conclude soon, paving the way for the commencement of the project.

A Brand Inspired by Motherhood and Quality

Speaking about the company’s vision, Dr. Vinayak Ashok Jain Luniya said:

“Our objective is not merely to manufacture food products but to deliver hygienic, nutritious, safe, and premium-quality foods to every household. The name ‘Maa Ka Masala’ symbolizes the purity, trust, and strength of motherhood. Through this initiative, we aspire to empower women, generate sustainable livelihoods, and build a strong foundation for inclusive economic growth.”

Ground-Level Outreach Already Underway

The company has already initiated its grassroots outreach programme by engaging with women’s self-help groups, aspiring entrepreneurs, social organizations, and local communities across Madhya Pradesh. In the coming months, the group plans to organize skill development workshops, entrepreneurship training programmes, and employment drives to prepare women for participation in the project.

A New Industrial Milestone for Madhya Pradesh

Industry observers believe that the proposed manufacturing ecosystem has the potential to significantly strengthen Madhya Pradesh’s food processing sector while generating large-scale employment and encouraging women-led entrepreneurship. If implemented as planned, the project could position the state as one of India’s leading food manufacturing destinations and contribute meaningfully to regional economic development.

With a focus on innovation, quality manufacturing, women empowerment, and sustainable growth, Luniya Vinayak Group of Companies aims to create a long-term industrial ecosystem that benefits consumers, farmers, entrepreneurs, and thousands of families across Madhya Pradesh.
