Allahabad High Court Orders Action Against Teachers with Fake Certificates, Directs Recovery of Salaries
Prayagraj: The Allahabad High Court has taken strict action against teachers in Uttar Pradesh who obtained jobs using fake documents. The court has ordered not only the cancellation of such appointments but also the recovery of salaries paid to these teachers.
Justice Manju Rani Chauhan issued the directive while rejecting a petition by Deoria-based assistant teacher Garima Singh, who was accused of securing her appointment using fraudulent documents. The court directed the Principal Secretary of Basic Education to investigate all teachers who gained employment through collusion or deceit and take appropriate action.
