
CBG-related issues at BPCL Tevar and HP Ghana pumps also examined

Taking serious note of complaints alleging fraud with consumers in the name of CNG, the district administration has constituted separate investigation teams to inspect six CNG pumps across the district. According to an order issued by the Complaint Branch of the Collectorate, a factual investigation of all complaints will be conducted and reports have been sought within three days.
The investigation will cover six CNG pumps operated by IOCL, HPCL, and BPCL at different locations in the district. The investigation teams include the concerned area Tehsildar, officials from the District Supply Department, and sales officers of the respective oil companies.
The CNG pumps to be investigated include IOCL CBG Pump at Ranjhi, HPCL Pump at Vijay Nagar, BPCL Pump at Maharajpur, HPCL Pump at Andhmukh Bypass, HPCL Pump at Tilwara, and BPCL Pump at Tevar. During the process, investigations related to CBG supply and other issues were also conducted at BPCL Tevar and HP Ghana pumps.
The order issued by the Additional Collector directed the investigation teams to conduct a detailed inquiry into all points mentioned in the complaint and submit their report along with clear observations within three days. Further action will be taken based on the investigation findings.
