Three-Day Photo Exhibition on Viksit Bharat and Kargil Vijay Diwas Begins in Jabalpur

A three-day photo exhibition and public awareness programme based on the themes “12 Years of Service and Good Governance,” “Viksit Bharat,” and “Kargil Vijay Diwas” was inaugurated at the Prime Minister College of Excellence, Government Mahakaushal College, Jabalpur. The event has been organized by the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Bhopal, under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, in collaboration with the district administration.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Acting Principal A.C. Tiwari, CBC Bhopal Office Head and Deputy Director Shariq Noor, and Senior Professor Dr. Arun Shukla.

Providing details about the exhibition, Shariq Noor said it showcases the achievements of the past 12 years in governance, public welfare, development, major central government schemes, the vision of Viksit Bharat, and the bravery, courage, and supreme sacrifice of the Indian Armed Forces during the Kargil War through photographs and informative displays.

Acting Principal A.C. Tiwari said the exhibition would help students gain awareness about government schemes and development initiatives, while Dr. Arun Shukla stated that it would inspire patriotism among youth and deepen their respect for the heroes of the Kargil War.

The programme also featured a painting competition, quiz contest, and cultural performances by a song-and-drama troupe. The event was conducted by CBC Jabalpur In-charge S.K. Chouksey and witnessed the participation of faculty members and a large number of students.
