Follow NCISM and MPMSU Guidelines While Conducting Research: Dr. Ajit Pal Singh

Seventeen Postgraduate Scholars Present Research Proposals Before the Ethics Committee at Dhanvantari Ayurvedic Hospital

The Government Dhanvantari Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Ujjain, organized a meeting of its Ethics Committee on Saturday, during which 17 postgraduate (PG) scholars from various departments presented the detailed outlines of their research dissertations through PowerPoint presentations (PPT).

Principal and Chief Executive Officer Dr. O.P. Vyas informed that the research proposal presentations began at 2:00 PM. A total of 17 PG scholars participated, including 4 from Kayachikitsa, 5 from Dravyaguna, 2 from Rachana Sharir, 3 from Panchakarma, and 3 from Prasuti Tantra, presenting the objectives, methodology, and scope of their research work.

Chairing the meeting, Dr. Ajit Pal Singh Chauhan, Chairman of the Ethics Committee, advised the postgraduate scholars to conduct their research strictly in accordance with the guidelines of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), New Delhi, and the Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University (MPMSU), Jabalpur. He emphasized maintaining high standards of research ethics, scientific integrity, and academic quality.

During the programme, Principal Dr. O.P. Vyas welcomed all the distinguished guests and felicitated them with mementos.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Siddheshwar Satua, representative of the Government Autonomous Ashtang Ayurved College, Indore, legal expert Mrs. Samata Patel, Dr. Ruchi Baghel, Dr. Ajay Kirti Jain, In-Charge Professor at R.D. Gardi Medical College, Dr. Sunita Deiram, Dr. Vandana Saraf, Associate Professor, Coordination Member Dr. Yogesh Vane, Member Secretary Dr. Shiromani Mishra, and Senior Citizen Member Mr. Bhairulal Maheshwari, along with other committee members.

The programme was conducted by Dr. Shiromani Mishra, while the vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Yogesh Vane. Technical support for the event was provided by Mr. Narayan Suryavanshi.
