Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of senior Gandhian thinker, social reformer, and eminent activist Dr. Kumar Saptarshi, describing his passing as an irreparable loss to society and public life.
In his condolence message, the Chief Minister said that Dr. Saptarshi made remarkable contributions to rural development, social justice, democratic values, and public awareness. Throughout his life, he worked tirelessly to bring positive change to society and remained committed to promoting Gandhian ideals.
Fadnavis stated that Dr. Saptarshi’s life was a shining example of selfless service, simplicity, and dedication to the welfare of the people. He added that his thoughts, values, and lifelong contributions would continue to inspire future generations.
The Chief Minister also prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and extended his heartfelt condolences to Dr. Saptarshi’s family, colleagues, and well-wishers during this difficult time.
