Fast-Track Courts to Dispose of Examination and Paper Leak Cases Within Three Months: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav

Indore, July 25: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav announced that the Madhya Pradesh Government is committed to protecting the interests of teachers and students and will establish four Fast-Track Courts in Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, and Gwalior to ensure speedy disposal of examination-related cases, including paper leaks, within three months.

Speaking to the media at the Central Hall of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly, Dr. Yadav said the state has consistently implemented reforms in the education sector and remains committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in examinations. He added that Madhya Pradesh was the first state in India to implement the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and continues to prioritize the welfare of students and youth.

The Chief Minister also said that following the NEET paper leak incident, Prime Minister Narendra Modi acted swiftly by constituting a Special Investigation Team (SIT), leading to rapid investigations and arrests. He assured that robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) would be implemented to ensure transparent and fair examinations in the future.
