124 Applications Received During Public Hearing, Collector Directs Officials for Quick Disposal

Issues Related to Payments, Land Acquisition, Encroachment, Ration Cards and Financial Assistance Addressed

Jabalpur.

Collector Shri Raghavendra Singh heard public grievances during the weekly public hearing held at the Collectorate office on Tuesday and directed concerned departmental officials to ensure timely resolution of complaints.

A total of 124 applications were received during the public hearing. These included matters related to paddy payments, search for missing persons, financial assistance for damaged houses, land acquisition compensation, senior citizen welfare, name transfer, encroachment, land demarcation, compassionate appointments, BPL cards, scholarships, correction of official records, ration cards, assistance under the Sambal scheme, land diversion, and other revenue and welfare-related issues.

During the hearing, Additional Collectors Neeta Rathore, Ravishankar Rai, A.K. Singh, and Shailendra Singh, along with officials from various departments, were present.

The Collector instructed all concerned officers to give priority to the received applications and ensure their prompt resolution.
