New Delhi: Social activist and student leader Abhijeet Dipke has called on the Central Government to engage in dialogue and remain accountable, saying that public attention should remain on the core issues rather than being diverted by secondary debates.
In a post on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, Dipke wrote that instead of asking why opposition leaders have not supported CJP or why every CJP member is not participating in Sonam Sir’s hunger strike, people should focus on the questions that truly matter.
He questioned why the Prime Minister is refusing to engage in dialogue with the protesters and why the Education Minister has still not been held accountable.
According to Dipke, these are the questions that deserve answers, as they concern government accountability. He argued that discussions which divert attention from the core issues only serve to shield those in power from being held accountable.
However, there has been no official response from the government so far regarding the concerns raised in his post.
