Jaipur: Citizens who previously had to make multiple trips for land-related revenue work now have reason to celebrate. The Rajasthan Revenue Department has launched its ‘Apna Khata’ mobile app, enabling residents to complete services related to land mutation, partition, jamabandi, maps, application status, and girdawari directly from their smartphones. Sikar: Devotees planning to visit the famous Khatu Shyam Temple in Sikar today, Wednesday, 28 January 2026, are advised to take note: the temple will remain closed for public darshan for 18 hours. The closure is due to the annual Tilak Ceremony and special service rituals following Basant Panchami. According to the temple committee, headed by minister Manvendra Singh Chauhan, the temple gates will remain closed from 10 PM on 27 January to 5 PM on 28 January.
