Bulldozer Action Against Illegal Construction in Greater Noida; Authority Warns Buyers Against Unauthorized Colonies

Greater Noida:In a major crackdown on illegal construction, the Greater Noida Authority, in coordination with the police, carried out a large-scale demolition drive in the Haibatpur area on Wednesday. Approximately 6,000 square meters of unauthorized construction in the Hindon floodplain zone were razed using bulldozers. The action was jointly conducted by the Project Department and Land Records Department of the Authority. Officials revealed that illegal colonizers were attempting to develop an unauthorized residential colony by plotting the land without obtaining mandatory approvals.
