MP Cabinet Clears Major Welfare Decisions; State Social Welfare Board to be Dissolved

Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, approved a series of major policy decisions on Tuesday, including the dissolution of the State Social Welfare Board and financial relief for thousands of displaced families in the Narmada Valley. In a landmark move, the cabinet announced free registration of residential plots allotted to families displaced by the Sardar Sarovar Project. More than 25,600 affected families will benefit from the decision.
