New Delhi: The Government e-Marketplace (GeM) has launched a nationwide Impact Assessment Survey to gather feedback from buyers and sellers in order to better understand the platform’s impact, effectiveness, cost savings, and overall user experience.
As part of this initiative, GeM has partnered with Axis My India to conduct the survey. The feedback and insights collected from stakeholders will be used to further improve the platform’s efficiency, transparency, ease of use, and overall service delivery.
According to GeM, the primary objective of the survey is to strengthen India’s public procurement system by making it more transparent, responsive, and user-centric. The exercise will also help identify areas for improvement and simplify procurement processes to better meet the needs of stakeholders.
As part of the survey process, representatives from Axis My India may contact stakeholders via telephone to collect their opinions and experiences. GeM has encouraged all stakeholders to actively participate in the survey and share their valuable feedback to support the continued improvement of the platform.
