Taking an important initiative towards public service and social welfare, SD News Agency (Hindi News Agency) and SDNA (English News Agency), operated under the Luniya Vinayak Group of Companies, will launch the Public Grievance Officer (PGO) Helpline, Official Email Service, and Official Public Grievance Portal on 29 July on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima.
The program will commence with the worship and blessings of Lord Shri Ganesh Ji, with the objective of making this public service campaign beneficial and successful for citizens across society.
Regarding this initiative, Dr. Vinayak Ashok Luniya, Chairperson of Luniya Vinayak Group of Companies, stated that even today a large number of citizens in the country are unable to get timely solutions to their problems and grievances due to a lack of proper information and guidance. Many people continue visiting different government offices for years but still do not receive appropriate guidance and justice.
Keeping this objective in mind, SD News Agency has formed a Public Grievance Officer (PGO) Team. The team will listen to the grievances of citizens, examine necessary documents, and, with the consent of the complainant, systematically forward the matters to the concerned departments. The team will also continuously monitor the grievance resolution process.
If required in any case, the team will provide guidance to complainants regarding filing applications under the Right to Information (RTI) Act. In situations where legal action is required, efforts will also be made to provide appropriate legal advice and support through advocates with the written consent of the complainant.
The objective of the organization is not only to publish news but also to become a strong communication bridge between the media and society, providing citizens with justice, guidance, and effective access to the administration.
