Yoga Guru Dr. Milindra Tripathi Honoured for the Successful Organization of Yoga Chetna Mahotsav in Bhopal

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav Sends Special Video Message, Says, “Lord Krishna Received His Yogic Initiation in Madhya Pradesh”

Bhopal, June 14: On the occasion of the 12th International Yoga Day, the grand “Yoga Chetna Mahotsav” was successfully organized at Pandit Khushilal Sharma Government Ayurvedic Institute, Bhopal, under the joint aegis of the Yoga Commission, Government of Madhya Pradesh, and the Akhil Bharatiya Yoga Shikshak Mahasangh (All India Yoga Teachers Federation). Yoga teachers, practitioners, and enthusiasts from various states of India participated enthusiastically in the event.

The Chief Guest of the program, renowned spiritual leader and Bhagwat Katha exponent Pujya Shri Devkinandan Thakur Ji Maharaj, described yoga as a priceless heritage of Indian culture and urged people to make it an integral part of their daily lives. He stated that yoga is not merely a means of maintaining physical fitness but a scientific path to achieving harmony of the mind, intellect, and soul.

On this occasion, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav, extended his greetings to yoga teachers and practitioners from across the country through a special video message. Prior to the event, Dr. Milindra Tripathi, State President of the Akhil Bharatiya Yoga Shikshak Mahasangh and a renowned yoga guru, had a cordial meeting with the Chief Minister at the Chief Minister’s residence in Bhopal. Due to his pre-scheduled visit to Sagar, the Chief Minister was unable to attend the event in person but conveyed his best wishes through the recorded message.

In his address, Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that yoga is one of the greatest contributions of India’s glorious cultural heritage, and that through the efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, yoga has gained worldwide recognition. He further remarked that the sacred land of Madhya Pradesh is associated with the yogic initiation of Lord Krishna, and that the Yoga Chetna Mahotsav, organized under the chief patronage of Pujya Devkinandan Thakur Ji Maharaj, would serve as an effective platform for promoting yoga, Indian culture, and a healthy lifestyle.

The Chief Minister specially congratulated Yoga Guru Dr. Milindra Tripathi and his team for organizing the successful event and expressed confidence that the festival would play a significant role in spreading awareness about yoga among the masses. He urged citizens to adopt yoga as a part of their daily routine and move towards a healthier and disease-free life.

The event witnessed the gracious presence of distinguished guests, yoga experts, social workers, and wellness advocates from various fields. Through the festival, a strong message was conveyed in support of the vision of “Healthy India, Strong India.”

During the program, several yoga practitioners from Ujjain were specially honoured for their remarkable contribution to the promotion of yoga and wellness. Those honoured included Yogacharya Ratnesh Vyas, Sushma Yadav, Sangeeta Mehar, Madhuri Bafna, and Arpit Meena.

The successful organization of the Yoga Chetna Mahotsav under the leadership of Yoga Guru Dr. Milindra Tripathi received widespread appreciation from participants and yoga enthusiasts. The event is being regarded as a significant step toward promoting yoga awareness, public health, and the rich cultural heritage of India.
