Recitation of Great Poets’ Works from Memory is a Commendable Initiative: Dr. Budhaulia

Unique Literary Experiment Held at Saral Kavyanjali’s Monthly Gathering

Ujjain: Reciting the works of great literary personalities from memory is a remarkable expression of dedication and respect towards literature. For undertaking such an innovative literary experiment, the organization Saral Kavyanjali deserves appreciation. These views were expressed by educationist Dr. Harimohan Budhaulia while presiding over the monthly literary gathering organized by the institution.

Providing information about the event, Dr. Vandana Gupta stated that renowned litterateur Dr. Prabhakar Sharma, social worker Dr. Mukesh Ingle, and senior journalist Pramod Vyas attended the program as distinguished guests.

During the gathering, literary personalities including Dr. Sanjay Nagar, Santosh Supekar, Mansingh Sharad, Nitin Pol, Ashish Shrivastava “Ashk,” Rajendra Devdhare “Darpan,” Dr. Netra Ravankar, Tarun Upadhyay, Dr. Pushpa Chourasia, Vijay Gopi, V.S. Gehlot “Sakit,” Girija Devi Thakur, Dr. Rafiq Nagauri, Amrita Usharia, Dhansingh Chauhan, Sangeeta Tallera, and Dr. Seema Pandya presented their original literary compositions. Prior to this, participants recited the works of renowned poets from memory, adding a unique dimension to the event.

For their outstanding presentations, Ashish Shrivastava “Ashk,” V.S. Gehlot “Sakit,” and Dr. Rafiq Nagauri were selected for special recognition. The presentations were evaluated by Dr. Prabhakar Sharma and Pradeep Saral.

On the occasion, Mrs. Ashaganga Shiradhonkar presented a review of Jumbo Packet, a collection of children’s short stories authored by Rammoorat Rahi. Social workers Chandrabhan Singh Chandel and Ashok Patni were also specially welcomed and honored during the program.

Addressing the audience, Dr. Mukesh Ingle shared valuable information about snakes and addressed various queries related to them. The gathering also paid heartfelt tribute to the renowned Urdu poet and lyricist Bashir Badr.

At the beginning of the event, guests were welcomed by Mrs. Suman Nagar, Dr. Tejkumar Malviya, Shailendra Jain, and Sandeep Yadav. Following the institution’s tradition, Rajendra Devdhare “Darpan” recited the famous composition “Main Ab Maun Nahin Rah Sakta” by national poet Shrikrishna Saral. Members celebrating their birthdays during the month were also felicitated.

The program was efficiently conducted by Amit Jain, while the vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Sanjay Nagar, President of Saral Kavyanjali, who expressed gratitude to all guests, poets, and attendees for making the event successful.
