
Training to Continue Until International Yoga Day; People of All Age Groups Invited to Participate

Ujjain: On the occasion of World Mallakhamb Day, a six-day Yoga Training Camp organized under the aegis of the Madhav Mallakhamb and Yoga Centre was inaugurated with the traditional worship of the Mallakhamb. The camp will be conducted from June 15 to June 21, 2026.
The inauguration ceremony was held in the presence of Vijay Anjana, Executive Officer of Madhav Seva Nyas, Dronacharya Awardee Yogesh Malviya, Project In-charge Ms. Shikha Mehta, and instructors Deepak Gawli and Ms. Shweta Chauhan.
Speaking on the occasion, Executive Officer Vijay Anjana informed that the yoga training sessions will be held daily from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. at the Bharat Mata Temple premises of Madhav Seva Nyas. The camp will conclude on June 21, 2026, coinciding with International Yoga Day.
He further stated that participants will receive training in various yoga postures, breathing techniques, and practical aspects of yoga under the guidance of Dronacharya Awardee Yogesh Malviya. The camp also aims to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and spiritual development through the practice of yoga.
The organizers have appealed to people of all age groups to participate in large numbers and take advantage of the training program. They emphasized that regular yoga practice is an effective way to maintain a healthy lifestyle and achieve a stress-free life.
Participants enthusiastically took part in the inaugural session and extended their best wishes for the success of the yoga training camp.
