Haryana Police Raid OYO Guest Houses, Bust Alleged Sex Racket; 11 Women and 6 Men Arrested

Palwal: In a major crackdown against alleged illegal activities, Haryana police conducted a raid on OYO guest houses located on National Highway-19 in Palwal district. During the operation, 11 women and 6 men were arrested for their alleged involvement in running a sex racket.

The operation, named “Hotspot Domination,” was launched after police received a tip-off regarding immoral activities being carried out at certain OYO guest houses near Babri Mod in Hodal. Acting on the information, District Superintendent of Police Varun Singla instructed DSP Hodal Sahil Dhillon and female police teams to conduct late-night raids at two guest houses.

Details of the Raid
Using undercover “dummy customers,” police swooped on the guest houses. In the first establishment, six women were recovered, reportedly brought there with their consent to meet clients. The manager, owner, and three men were also taken into custody. At the second guest house, five women, along with the manager, owner, and three men, were arrested.

Disturbing Scene
DSP Anil Kumar stated that the individuals were found in compromising positions at the time of the raid. Panic ensued as police entered, but the teams quickly regained control and arrested all suspects.

Legal Action Initiated
Police have registered cases under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act at Hodal police station. Further action has also been taken against the guest house owners and landlords who rented the properties to the establishments.

This operation highlights Haryana police’s proactive efforts to curb illegal and immoral activities in commercial establishments and maintain law and order in the district.
