Fast-Track Courts to Dispose of Examination and Paper Leak Cases Within Three Months: CM Dr. Yadav

Jabalpur: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav announced that the Madhya Pradesh Government will establish four Fast-Track Courts in Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, and Gwalior to ensure speedy disposal of examination-related cases, including paper leak incidents, within three months.

He said the state government is highly sensitive to issues concerning teachers and students and remains committed to improving the education system. According to the Chief Minister, Madhya Pradesh has consistently been among the first states to implement major decisions of the Central Government.

Dr. Yadav added that Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs) will be introduced to ensure greater transparency in examinations. He also highlighted that Madhya Pradesh was the first state to implement the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and has established three new government universities over the past two and a half years.
