Ghaziabad Housing Authority to Merge Small Flats, Offer Commission to Boost Sales
Ghaziabad: The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has announced a new strategy to sell its unsold residential flats by merging smaller units into larger, more marketable apartments and offering private agents a 1% commission on sales.
Merging Flats to Meet Market Demand
GDA officials noted that the demand for larger, well-equipped flats is significantly higher, while smaller units have remained unsold for years. Under the new plan, walls between two small flats will be removed to create a single, spacious apartment, aiming to accelerate sales and attract buyers.
Agent Incentive Introduced
