After Patna, Aurangabad Civil Court Receives RDX Bomb Threat; Court Evacuated
Aurangabad: Panic erupted at the Aurangabad Civil Court on Monday when authorities received an email threatening to blow up the court with RDX explosives. The threat, received around 11 AM, prompted immediate security measures, including the evacuation of the entire court complex. The cybercrime team is now working to trace the source of the email.
Details of the ThreatThe email claimed that 4 RDX explosives had been planted in the judge’s chambers and washrooms and could be detonated remotely. Upon receiving the information, court officials and law enforcement took swift action. All court proceedings were suspended immediately, and judges, clerks, lawyers, and litigants were safely evacuated.
