A Personal Journey Inspiring a Public MissionBorn on 5 May 1992 in a small village in Tumakuru district, Karnataka, Nagarjuna Gowda grew up witnessing severe water shortages. His parents, both teachers, instilled in him the value of public service. As a child, he had to carry water over long distances on a bicycle and manually operate borewells to fetch a few buckets of water.
