NCC Cadets Receive Disaster Management and Life-Saving Skills Training

Jabalpur: The 11th Battalion of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) organized a disaster management and life-saving skills training program for NCC cadets at the Xavier Institute of Development Action and Studies, Tilhari.

NDRF personnel demonstrated practical rescue techniques for emergencies such as earthquakes, floods, fires, and road accidents. The training included safe evacuation procedures, first aid, CPR, bleeding control, and casualty evacuation methods. Cadets also participated in hands-on practice sessions.

The program was conducted under the guidance of Commanding Officer Anoop Kumar Bisht, with Inspector Rekha Kumari encouraging cadets to spread disaster awareness within their communities.
