Ladpura MLA Kalpana Devi Inspects Development Works Worth ₹81.34 Lakh, Announces ₹30 Lakh for Khedarampur School

Kota, July 24: Ladpura MLA Smt. Kalpana Devi inspected several development projects in the Ladpura Assembly constituency on Friday and conveyed the message of environmental conservation by planting saplings at the Government Senior Secondary School in Gram Panchayat Khedarampur. On the occasion, she announced ₹30 lakh from the MLA Local Area Development Fund for the construction of three new classrooms in the school.

During her visit, the MLA toured the school campus and interacted with students, encouraging them to study diligently, maintain discipline, and actively participate in environmental conservation. She also announced the installation of a water cooler to improve drinking water facilities for the students.

Later, Smt. Kalpana Devi inspected the under-construction culvert in Gram Panchayat Khedarampur to review the progress and quality of the work. She directed the concerned departmental officials and the executing agency to complete the project within the stipulated timeframe while maintaining the highest quality standards. She emphasized that no negligence or compromise in quality would be tolerated and instructed officials to strictly adhere to all prescribed technical standards to ensure safe and durable public infrastructure.

Subsequently, the MLA visited Jharneshwar Mahadev Temple in Govind Nagar, where she inspected a newly constructed sacred pond (Kund) and other development works completed at a cost of approximately ₹81.34 lakh. She sought detailed updates from the officials and instructed them to ensure that all development projects are completed in accordance with prescribed standards, maintaining quality, transparency, and timely execution. She stated that ensuring quality in every public welfare project remains the government’s highest priority so that citizens receive sustainable and improved civic amenities.

The inspection and plantation programme was attended by local public representatives, party workers, members of the school staff, officials from the concerned departments, village residents, and a large number of local citizens.
