Just a few days ago, the cold was so severe that locals compared it to the harsh winters of Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.

District-wise Forecast:

  • Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Deoghar, Godda, Hazaribagh: Minimum temperatures likely to remain between 14–15°C.
  • Koderma, Chatra, Lohardaga, Gumla, Garhwa: Minimum temperatures around 10°C, indicating relatively colder conditions in these districts.

Next Four Days:
According to the Ranchi Meteorological Center, from 29 November to 2 December, temperatures are expected to remain fairly stable with minimum temperatures above 10°C in most districts. Early mornings may see light fog and mist, while partly cloudy skies are expected during the day. The next significant change in weather is anticipated from 3 December.
