Upon successful completion of the training, participants will be awarded Training Certificates and connected with employment and self-employment opportunities. In addition, the required raw materials for product manufacturing will be provided to ensure uninterrupted production activities.
Luniya stated that LVGC will also take responsibility for the marketing and sale of products manufactured by the trained women. The organization will utilize its direct marketing network, retail market channels, sales network, and e-commerce platforms to ensure effective product distribution and sales, thereby enabling women to earn a regular and sustainable income.
