  • Recent passport-size color photograph (100–200 KB, not older than 3 months)
  • Left thumb impression (50–200 KB)
  • Signature (50–150 KB)
  1. Pay the application fee as per your category and submit the form.

  • General/OBC-NCL/EWS: ₹1,500
  • SC/ST/PwBD: ₹1,300
