Agra Hospital Owner Duped of ₹1.17 Crore, Threatened by Gang Name
Agra: In a major fraud case, a hospital owner in Agra has been cheated of ₹1.17 crore by a group of fraudsters who allegedly threatened him using the name of the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The accused lured the victim with the promise of a hotel in Pune, Maharashtra, and secured a large sum via bank transfers. When the victim demanded the money back, he was allegedly threatened with life-threatening consequences.
The victim, Ravindra Singh Baghel of Kalindi Vihar, had established a hospital named RB in Tedi Bagiya after completing his BHMS studies.
