Patna:In a major relief for citizens, the Bihar government is set to roll out a fully digital land records system from January 1, 2026, eliminating the need for repeated visits to Circle Officer (CO) and block offices for land-related documents. From the new year, residents will be able to download legally valid, digitally signed land documents from their homes using a mobile phone or computer.
