Mr. Nilesh Panchal stated that he had submitted an application for the demarcation of his land in March; however, the process could not proceed due to a technical error in the revenue map. Taking the matter seriously, Collector Shivam Verma immediately directed the concerned SDM and tehsil administration to take necessary action without delay.

According to the SDM of Simrol, the concerned survey number (Khasra No. 754) officially contains seven subdivisions, whereas the current map reflects only six subdivisions. Mr. Panchal’s land is recorded under Khasra No. 754/4, but its absence from the map had been obstructing the demarcation process.

The administration clarified that the applicant had previously been advised to initiate proceedings for record correction (entry rectification). During the public hearing, the entire process was explained to him in detail, and he was informed that the demarcation work would be completed promptly once the record correction process is finalized.

Expressing satisfaction with the functioning of the district administration, Mr. Nilesh Panchal stated that he was previously unaware of the technical discrepancy in the map. He appreciated the administration for clearly explaining the matter and assuring full cooperation. He also expressed gratitude to Collector Shivam Verma, the SDM, and the tehsil administration for their continued efforts toward resolving his case.

Mr. Panchal further stated that certain platforms had been spreading misleading information regarding his matter, whereas the reality is that the district administration has been actively and sincerely working toward a resolution. He expressed complete satisfaction with the action taken by the administration.
