Bihar Congress Launches ‘Talent Hunt’ to Recruit Spokespersons, Researchers and Publicity Coordinators

Patna:In an effort to strengthen its organisational structure and connect with young and skilled professionals, the Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) has launched a ‘Talent Hunt Programme’ to recruit new faces for key roles within the party. The initiative aims to build a strong team of spokespersons, publicity coordinators and researchers across the state.

Announcing the programme on Monday, Bihar Congress president Rajesh Ram said that a dedicated selection panel has been constituted to identify suitable candidates in a transparent and merit-based manner.

“Any individual who believes in the ideology of the Congress party and remains connected with the common people can participate in this programme. The selection process will be fair and transparent,” Rajesh Ram said.

Focus on Youth, Skills and Public Engagement

The Congress leader explained that the Talent Hunt initiative is focused on identifying individuals who are passionate about public service and possess the skills and expertise needed to help the party achieve its political and organisational goals. The party also plans to appoint regional coordinators across Bihar and create WhatsApp groups to ensure better coordination with district presidents and grassroots workers.

As part of the programme, publicity volunteers will be appointed in every district to help disseminate the party’s message and promote its activities more effectively.

Three Key Positions

The Talent Hunt Programme will primarily focus on recruitment for three key positions:

  • Party Spokespersons
  • Researchers
  • Publicity Coordinators

To facilitate applications, the Congress party has also issued a QR code, through which interested candidates can apply.

Strengthening the Party Ahead

Party leaders believe that the initiative will help the Congress improve its public image in Bihar and build a dynamic, youthful and professional team capable of taking the party’s message to every corner of the state. Political observers see the move as part of a broader strategy to expand the party’s outreach and influence in Bihar by engaging young talent.
