Chairperson and Natural Therapy Consultant Vinayak Jain stated that the organization is deeply concerned about the alarming rise in heart attack cases across India. With the support of Nivraha Foundation, this special health awareness and screening campaign is being initiated to promote preventive healthcare and early diagnosis.

He explained that high cholesterol is considered one of the leading causes of heart attacks. If cholesterol imbalance in the body is identified at an early stage, the risk of cardiovascular diseases and heart attacks can be significantly reduced.

As part of the program, special heart scanning and health screening camps will be organized to assess whether an individual’s cholesterol levels are balanced or elevated. Health experts believe that uncontrolled cholesterol has become one of the major contributors to heart disease and heart attacks in modern lifestyles.

Vinayak Jain further stated that if the risk of heart attack is detected in its early stages, a large number of lives can be saved. According to current health reports, nearly 2.8 to 3.2 million people in India lose their lives every year due to heart attacks and cardiovascular diseases. On a daily basis, the number of deaths has crossed 8,000.

He also mentioned that heart attacks have now surpassed even cancer as one of the deadliest health threats in the country. While approximately 900,000 people die annually due to cancer in India, nearly 3.2 million deaths are linked to heart-related diseases and heart attacks.

According to the organization, the free health screening campaign will officially begin on June 1 from Ujjain city in Madhya Pradesh. Following its launch, the program will be gradually expanded to various cities across the country.

The primary objective of the initiative is to spread health awareness among the public, encourage timely medical check-ups, and work toward reducing deaths caused by cardiovascular diseases and heart attacks across India.
