Active Monsoon and a Productive Parliament Session Will Benefit the Nation: Prime Minister Narendra Modi

New Delhi, July 20: (SDNA) On the opening day of the Monsoon Session of Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed hope that just as the monsoon remains active across the country, the Monsoon Session of Parliament would also be active, constructive, and productive. He said that when both the monsoon and Parliament function effectively, it leads to the overall welfare and progress of the nation.

Speaking to the media in the Parliament complex, Prime Minister Modi said, “We pray that the monsoon remains active and that the Monsoon Session of Parliament is also productive. When both are productive, the nation benefits.”

The Prime Minister highlighted that over the past month, India has achieved several remarkable milestones at the national, international, and space levels, accomplishments that have made every Indian proud. He said the country continues to scale new heights, strengthening its position and reputation on the global stage.

Expressing confidence in the upcoming parliamentary proceedings, Prime Minister Modi said he hoped the session would witness meaningful discussions, constructive debates, and the passage of important legislation in the interest of the people. He also conveyed an implicit appeal to all political parties to uphold democratic traditions and cooperate in ensuring the smooth functioning of Parliament.

The Prime Minister’s remarks are being viewed as a positive beginning to the Monsoon Session, with the government’s focus on development, public welfare, and advancing key national priorities through constructive parliamentary deliberations.
