Speaking to the media, Ms. Rashmi Jain stated that this ambitious initiative is being organized completely free of cost under the joint aegis of corporate and social welfare organizations, enabling a larger number of women to benefit from the program and move toward financial independence.

The program will be guided and supervised by Mr. Vinayak Ashok Luniya Jain, Founder and Director of LV Group of Companies, along with Pandit Aditya Narayan Banerjee, National President of Nivrah Foundation and an internationally acclaimed tabla maestro.

According to Ms. Jain, participants will receive hands-on training in the production of Rakhis, garlands, decorative torans, home décor items, and various handicraft products. She further informed that LV Group of Companies will provide the required raw materials for manufacturing the handicraft products. In addition, the company will undertake the complete responsibility for product branding, packaging, marketing, and sales. The products created by the women will be promoted and sold in domestic as well as international markets through retail channels and e-commerce platforms.

Meanwhile, Nivrah Foundation will focus on motivating women, encouraging entrepreneurship, and promoting the products among consumers. Through its network of artists and cultural representatives, the Foundation will launch special campaigns to establish these products in both national and international markets.

She also clarified that the entire training program will be conducted completely free of charge. No fees will be collected from participants for training, certification, mentorship, or entrepreneurship development support. The primary objective of the initiative is to create employment and self-employment opportunities for women and strengthen their financial independence.

This workshop is expected to become a significant step toward women’s empowerment, skill development, and the vision of a self-reliant India, enabling a large number of women to access entrepreneurship opportunities and successfully market their handmade products in both national and international markets.
