UPSC Recruitment 2026: Notification Released for IES & ISS; Economics and Statistics Graduates Can Apply

New Delhi / February 12, 2026: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the notification for the Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) 2026 examinations. This presents a golden opportunity for candidates aspiring to hold high-level officer positions in economics and statistics fields.   2. Click on the tab for “Indian Economic Service Examination – Indian Statistical Service 2026”.
  3. Access the notification PDF and click the “Apply Online” link.
  4. For first-time applicants, create an account by verifying your email ID and mobile number.
  5. Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) with all necessary personal details to generate a registration number and password.
  6. Log in again to fill in the remaining details carefully.
  7. Upload a recent photograph and signature as per the specifications mentioned in the notification.
  8. Review all entered details before submitting the form, pay the application fee (if applicable), and save a printed copy for future reference.
