Moscow/New Delhi: Russian President Vladimir Putin is arriving in India on a two-day visit for the 23rd India–Russia Annual Summit. He will land in New Delhi on Thursday evening and hold a high-level bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during which key defence and strategic agreements are expected to be finalised.
