Supreme Court Directs Delhi High Court to Decide Raja Bhaiya–Bhanvi Singh Domestic Violence Case Within Four Months
Pratapgarh/New Delhi: In a significant development in the long-running domestic dispute between Uttar Pradesh MLA Raghuraj Pratap Singh, popularly known as Raja Bhaiya, and his wife Bhanvi Singh, the Supreme Court on Monday directed the Delhi High Court to decide the case within the next four months.
The apex court instructed the High Court to expedite proceedings in the domestic violence case filed by Bhanvi Singh and to deliver a verdict within the stipulated timeframe. The case, which is currently pending before a lower court, relates to serious allegations of physical abuse and illegal possession of weapons made by Bhanvi Singh against her husband.
