Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh: Dense fog claimed two lives in Kaushambi district on Friday night when a motorcycle carrying a husband and wife skidded off the road and rammed into a tree, killing both on the spot. Poor visibility due to heavy fog is believed to be the primary cause of the tragic accident. The incident occurred near Samsapur village under the Chail police station limits. The victims, Ajay Kumar and his wife Radha Devi, residents of Puramuffti area in Prayagraj, were returning from a family function when the accident took place.
