New Delhi: The family of UPSC aspirant Ramkesh Meena, who was brutally murdered in Delhi’s Gandhi Vihar (Timarpur) area, has broken its silence for the first time — dismissing the “blackmail” theory and calling the killing a well-planned conspiracy.
