Islamabad: Pakistan has long been accused of widespread human rights abuses in Balochistan, where its security forces have been accused of extrajudicial killings, enforced disappearances, and indiscriminate shootings. Thousands of Baloch youth have gone missing over the years, prompting repeated protests in the region.
Mir Yar Baloch, a prominent Baloch leader, has now described Pakistan as the mastermind behind numerous terrorist organizations and has urged India and Israel to take decisive action against it. According to him, Pakistan serves as the central hub for global terrorism, supporting groups such as Hamas, Hezbollah, ISIS (Daesh), Al-Qaeda, Khorasan, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, The Resistance Front (TRF), and other extremist networks.
A Shared Ideology of Extremism
In a post on social media platform X, Mir Yar Baloch stated, “The common goal of these terrorist organizations is to target Jews, Hindus, Baloch, and other non-Muslims.” He further accused Pakistan of not only providing ideological support but also acting as the operational center for these groups. Mir Yar Baloch also alleged that Iran is among the financiers of these militants.
Call for International Action
Mir Yar Baloch urged India, Israel, and the United States to take preemptive measures against terrorist factories and military infrastructure flourishing within Pakistan’s Punjab province. According to him, these facilities protect extremist groups and benefit from conflicts in the region.
Mir Yar Baloch has consistently raised the plight of the Baloch people on international platforms, highlighting the link between Pakistan and extremist activities in Kashmir, Afghanistan, and the broader West Asian region.
