Madhya Pradesh is witnessing an inclusive wave of growth that is no longer confined to major cities but now extends to every village and region. Under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the state has embarked on a transformative journey toward balanced and equitable development. Guided by the mission of “Viksit Madhya Pradesh 2047,” this vision seamlessly integrates industry, investment, and employment, ensuring that growth reaches every citizen.
Regional Growth, Local Opportunities
Once restricted to cities like Indore and Bhopal, industrial activity has now spread across the state through Regional Industry Conclaves. Events such as “Vibrant Vindhya” in Rewa, “Bundelkhand on the Road to Progress” in Sagar, and “Confluence of Industries” in Jabalpur have created new investment corridors and strengthened local identities. These initiatives demonstrate that industrial progress is most meaningful when it involves community participation and reflects regional aspirations.
The ‘Industry and Employment Year’ – A Movement of Public Participation
Declaring 2025 as the ‘Year of Industry and Employment,’ Chief Minister Dr. Yadav turned the development drive into a people’s movement. Major summits like the Spiritual and Wellness Summit in Ujjain, Tech Growth Conclave in Indore, Tourism Conclave in Rewa, and the Agro-Industry Conferences in Narsinghpur and Mandsaur have shown that development in Madhya Pradesh now touches every sector of society.
A Climate of Trust for Investors
Transparency and trust remain the cornerstones of state policy. During the Global Investors Summit 2025 in Bhopal—graced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi—18 new industrial policies were unveiled, spanning large-scale industries, MSMEs, EVs, ESDM, renewable energy, and tourism. Over ₹5,260 crore in incentives were distributed during FY 2024–25, reflecting both investor confidence and the government’s commitment to execution on the ground.
Human Talent: The State’s Greatest Asset
At the MP Rise Conclave held in Ratlam, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav reaffirmed that human resource is Madhya Pradesh’s true capital. The event attracted investment proposals worth ₹30,402 crore and generated employment opportunities for over 35,000 youths, with 263 appointment letters issued on the spot—evidence that state policies are delivering tangible results.
A Confident, Rising Madhya Pradesh
Over the last two years, the government has allotted land to 397 industrial units, attracting investment proposals exceeding ₹2.48 lakh crore. With exports up by 6% and a leap from 15th to 11th position in national rankings, Madhya Pradesh stands as a state of confidence and opportunity. “Development is not just about construction—it’s about creation,” said Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, “the creation of opportunities, jobs, and self-reliance.”

Under the direction of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, a first-of-its-kind operation in India is underway to protect crops from wildlife damage. The Forest Department, in collaboration with South Africa’s Conservation Solutions, is capturing and relocating blackbucks and nilgai using helicopters and traditional boma traps.
So far, 501 blackbucks and 59 nilgai have been safely relocated to national parks and protected areas. The latest operation took place in Lahauri Badla village, Shajapur district, covering several nearby villages.
Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Wildlife) Shri Shubhranjan Sen, Cheetah Project Director Shri Uttam Sharma, and other senior officials supervised the field activities. A dedicated team from the Forest Department is being trained to continue such operations independently in the future.
The department has appealed to villagers not to chase animals during helicopter drives. The campaign will continue through the first week of November.

Madan Mahal X-Ray and Sonography Centre Sealed After Serious Irregularities Found
Jabalpur, October 31, 2025
Following multiple complaints, the Health Department, acting on the instructions of Collector Raghvendra Singh, sealed Madan Mahal X-Ray and Sonography Centre at Lamhetaghat Chowki Tal after discovering serious irregularities during a surprise inspection.
Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Sanjay Mishra reported that the centre failed to maintain Form-F records, patient registers, or payment receipts. It was also found that X-rays and sonographies were being conducted by unqualified, non-medical staff, without authorized doctors present.
The centre was operating from residential premises without proper land-use approval and had not been uploading reports to the online PCPNDT portal. Many patients were women from outside Jabalpur, several with histories suggesting potential involvement in illegal prenatal sex determination practices.
All records and equipment have been seized, and proceedings under the PCPNDT Act, 1994 have been initiated against operator Dr. Hemlesh Chandra Dubey. The centre’s registration is being canceled, and revenue authorities have been notified about land-use violations.
The inspection team included Radiologist Dr. Pushparaj Bhatele, District Health Officer Dr. Vinita Uppal, Nodal Officer Dr. Adarsh Vishnoi, and Patwari Praveen Singh.
