1. Mandatory News Submission
- Every journalist must submit a minimum of 10 news reports daily.
- News must be submitted between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM without delay.
- At least 2 positive (constructive) news stories must be submitted every day.
2. News Authenticity & Evidence
- Every news report must be 100% authentic and factually verified.
- Any sensitive, controversial, or legal issue–related news must be sent only with proper evidence, such as:
- Photos
- Videos
- Official documents
- On-record statements
- News without verification or evidence will not be accepted.
- Fake, misleading, or unverified news submission may lead to immediate termination.
3. Crime, Local Politics & Administration Coverage
- Journalists must build a proper professional relationship with the local police station for crime reporting.
- Local political developments must be covered in a neutral and professional manner.
- Coverage of local government activities, public issues, and administration-related updates is mandatory.
- Journalists must cover major local events, public meetings, and cultural programs regularly.
4. Advertisement & Sponsored News
- Every journalist must provide minimum 2 sponsored news / advertisements per month.
- Journalists will receive 40% commission on every paid advertisement or sponsored news they bring.
- Sponsored news will not be counted as general news.
- Paid news will not include courtesy lines like “Courtesy: …”.

Upon joining, every journalist will receive:

All news submitted can be published on up to 100 platforms, including Google-indexed portals, under the journalist’s byline.

6. Security Deposit (Fully Refundable)
- A ₹10,000 security deposit is required at the time of joining.
- This deposit is 100% refundable when the journalist decides to discontinue or cancels the agency.
- No deduction will be made unless:
- Press items are not returned, or
- Company property is damaged.
7. Professional Conduct
- The journalist must maintain ethical, neutral, and responsible journalism at all times.
- Misuse of the Press Card, Mic ID, or Company Identity is strictly prohibited.
- No journalist is permitted to engage in:
- Bribery
- Threatening behaviour
- Personal influence misuse
- Political propaganda
- Violation of code of conduct may lead to legal action and cancellation of membership.
8. Company Rights
- The company reserves the right to verify any report submitted.
- The company may decline, modify, or hold any report before publication.
- In case of policy updates, new guidelines may be issued as required.
9. Termination Clause
The company may terminate the journalist’s appointment if:
- Fake or unverified news is submitted
- Misuse of press Identity occurs
- No news is submitted for 7 consecutive days without notice
- Any illegal activity is reported
- Code of conduct is violated
10. Acceptance of Terms
By joining Sachcha Dost News, the journalist agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions and consents to follow the editorial, professional, and legal standards of Luniya Vinayak Group of Companies.
