Motorola Launches Its First Foldable Phone at CES 2026: A Rival to Samsung with 8.1-Inch Display

At the CES 2026, Motorola unveiled its first-ever foldable smartphone, the Motorola Razr Fold. This device, expected to be launched later this year, could rival Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold. Unlike other foldable phones, the Razr Fold opens like a book, offering a large external display, making it usable even when folded. Once opened, it reveals a stunning 8.1-inch 2K LTPO display, providing users with a larger, high-quality screen.

When folded, the device features a 6.6-inch external display, allowing users to interact with the phone like a regular smartphone. Unfolding it reveals a massive 8.1-inch 2K LTPO display for a true tablet-like experience.
