Developed by Las Vegas-based Richtech Robotics, ADAM was recently seen serving beverages at an NHL venue, quickly grabbing attention for its efficiency and engaging personality. Training in a Virtual Bar
Before hitting the real world, ADAM underwent training in a virtual bar environment using NVIDIA Isaac Sim, an open-source robotic simulation framework built on NVIDIA Omniverse. The team created a highly realistic simulation, complete with cups, utensils, and dynamic lighting, and generated synthetic data to help ADAM recognize objects even under challenging conditions. Using Isaac Lab, the robot mastered skills like pouring, shaking, and handling drinks with precision.

ADAM runs on the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin, a powerful edge AI platform. It captures real-time images from cameras, identifies objects, and organizes its workspace accordingly. Its perception system, built using the TAO Toolkit, allows ADAM to recognize cups, measure liquids, and adjust its actions—all in less than 40 milliseconds. This combination of speed, accuracy, and adaptability makes it an ideal solution for large-scale deployment.
