The smart TV segment has kicked off 2026 with groundbreaking innovations. Leading brands like Samsung, LG, TCL, Philips, and Hisense are introducing next-generation technologies that promise to transform the viewing experience. These new models were showcased at the Consumer Electronics Show, highlighting the future of home entertainment.
Samsung 130-Inch Micro RGB TV
Samsung has unveiled its first 130-inch Micro RGB TV. Its massive display promises a theater-like experience at home. Unlike conventional LED systems, this TV uses microscopic red, green, and blue elements to deliver richer and more vibrant colors. The TV can be placed on a gallery-style stand instead of mounting on a wall, making it flexible for use in different rooms.
LG OLED evo W6
LG’s OLED evo W6, also called the “Wallpaper TV,” stands out for its ultra-slim 9mm design—comparable to a smartphone or tablet. It features LG’s second-generation primary RGB tandem OLED display, offering enhanced brightness. The TV also supports wireless operation up to 10 meters, eliminating cable clutter. With a 165Hz refresh rate, it promises an exceptional gaming experience for enthusiasts.
Hisense RGB+C MiniLED evo
Hisense, a well-known brand in the TV market, has introduced its MiniLED evo technology. This model is designed to deliver improved transitions and shadow details, enhancing the viewing experience for all types of content.
TCL X11L SQD-Mini LED TV
TCL continues to be a major global player in smart TVs. The X11L SQD-Mini LED TV features an HDR brightness of 10,000 nits, making it one of the brightest TVs ever. Available in 75, 85, and 98-inch sizes, it supports a 144Hz refresh rate, ideal for high-end console and PC gaming.
Philips Dolby Vision 2 OLED TV
Philips’ latest offering integrates Dolby Vision 2 on an OLED panel, producing vibrant and lifelike colors. Powered by the MediaTek Pantonic 800 chipset, the TV dynamically adjusts picture quality based on what you are watching and where you are viewing it.
It is important to note that none of these models are currently available in the market. They were first revealed at the Consumer Electronics Show 2026 and are expected to launch commercially in the near future.
