What is the SIR Process?
SIR is a special campaign by the Election Commission to update the voter list for 2025. It ensures newly eligible 18-year-olds are added, deceased or relocated voters are removed, and errors are corrected. Citizens can correct mistakes or add new entries by filling out the SIR form with name, address, and date of birth.
Seek Assistance from BLOs
If your name is not found in the 2003 voter list, contact your local Booth Level Officer (BLO). BLOs are actively visiting homes to assist citizens in filling SIR forms. Missing the deadline could result in your name being excluded from the voter list, so it’s important to check the list promptly and inform your family members.
